PURPOSE OF POSITION:
A Child Care Attendant at Catholic Charities:
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate or equivalent GED
Courses in Early Childhood education preferred but not required
Experience leading fun play, physical and reality-based activities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $20.00 per hour. $1.00 bilingual differential.
Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their
career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety;
Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed
Care; and many more.
