EverBot is hiring a paid instructor to lead its after-school AI Club for K–5 students at Marshdale Elementary in Evergreen. Winter season runs Wednesdays, 2:35 to 4:00 PM, November 18, 2026 through February 10, 2027 (nine club dates), with the option to continue for the spring season, February 17 through April 21.
Pay is $1,000 for the season, which covers nine club afternoons and a paid training afternoon before the first session. The curriculum is fully scripted week by week, all supplies are provided, and EverBot handles registration, payments, and all parent communication. The instructor's job is to run the room: set kids up to build, keep them safe and on track, and bring the energy. No AI or tech background is required.
Good fit: retired teachers, substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, camp and enrichment leaders, or a parent who's great with elementary kids. A background check is required for anyone working with children; EverBot covers the cost. Serious candidates are welcome to sit in on one of our current clubs before deciding.
To start, email Jenny at [email protected] for a 15-minute conversation. Resume and references come after, if it's a fit. We'd like the winter instructor in place by October 10.
EverBot LLC is an equal-opportunity organization.
To apply, email Jenny at [email protected] with a sentence or two about yourself and your experience with kids. No resume needed yet. I'll reply within two business days to set up a 15-minute coffee or call so you can hear what a club session is actually like. If it feels like a fit for both of us, we'll ask for a resume and references and start the background check (which EverBot covers). We'd like our winter instructor in place by October 10, so earlier is better.
